Frequently asked questions
How much does a consultation cost?
The initial online consultation is free. It is a conversation where we map your pain points and show you 1-3 processes with the most potential. A full process review (2-8 weeks, depending on scale) is paid, and we give you a quote after the initial call. We credit the consultation towards the deployment project if you continue working with us.
Fixed price upfront or hourly billing?
Fixed price for projects with a clearly defined scope (one process, one integration): you know the cost upfront, and we take on the pricing risk. You learn the rate before signing the contract.
Do you work on-site or remotely?
We work remotely (based in Poznań, serving SMEs across Poland). We run online meetings via Google Meet, Teams or Zoom, whichever suits you. On-site meetings are possible only in exceptional cases.
What about GDPR and security when you access our data?
We sign an NDA before every project. During deployment we use the minimum necessary permissions, access is named and can be traced. After the project ends we delete client data from our infrastructure or hand over responsibility. Privacy policy and contract templates available on request.
