Terms of
Service.

A short, plain-English summary of how the haski.io website works: what we provide, how to file a complaint and who is responsible for what.

// notice

This English version is provided for convenience only. The Polish-language version of this document is the legally binding one.

This page is a summary, not a translation. Nothing here adds to, removes from or overrides the Polish text. Where this summary and the Polish version differ, the Polish version prevails. Read the full binding terms here: Regulamin (PL).

// terms.provider

Who provides the service

The site at haski.io is operated by Haski Prosta Spółka Akcyjna, registered in Poznań, Poland, KRS 0001240403, NIP 9721379253. Contact: tobiasz@haski.io.

These terms govern the use of the website itself. They are issued under the Polish Act on the provision of services by electronic means (UŚUDE). Using the site means you accept the current version of the terms.

// terms.scope

Scope of services

The website provides the following services, free of charge:

  • access to informational and marketing content (home page, services, case studies, pricing);
  • a contact form for sending an enquiry;
  • booking a consultation call through the integrated Google Calendar tool;
  • access to selected materials (for example, case study write-ups and blog posts) to read and download.

Paid business process automation work (consultation, deployment, support) is governed by a separate agreement signed individually with each client. These terms do not cover the content or performance of that agreement.

// terms.contracting

Contracting and orders

A contract for viewing the site forms when the page loads in your browser and ends when you leave. The contact form contract forms when you submit the form and ends once we reply or either side stops the conversation. A booking contract forms when Google Calendar confirms the slot and ends after the call, its cancellation, or the scheduled time passing.

You can stop using the site at any time by closing the page. No further action is needed. We may block access for anyone who breaches these terms or the law, in particular by posting unlawful content.

// terms.payment

Payment

All website services listed above are free of charge. There is no payment for using the site, the contact form, call booking or the free materials. Fees for paid automation work are set out in the separate client agreement, not here.

// terms.liability

Liability

We are liable for the proper provision of the services under Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and UŚUDE. We are not liable for force majeure, outages caused by telecom or hosting providers outside our control, third-party actions such as network attacks despite adequate security measures, or content posted by users in breach of these terms.

For users who are neither consumers nor sole traders treated as consumers, our liability is limited to actual loss and excludes lost profits. This limit does not apply to intentional fault. None of these limits reduce the mandatory statutory rights of consumers or sole traders treated as consumers.

// terms.ip

Intellectual property

All rights to the site, including its text, graphics, source code, layout, the "haski.io" name, the logo, trade marks, case studies and published materials, belong to us or to parties we have agreed terms with. The content is protected by Polish copyright and industrial property law.

You may use the content only within the limits of permitted personal use. Any other use needs our prior written consent. Free downloadable materials come with a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for Poland, for your own personal or internal use, limited to reading and printing. This does not allow redistribution, public sharing, modification, derivative works or use to train artificial intelligence models.

// terms.complaints

Complaints

You can file a complaint about the website services by email to tobiasz@haski.io or in writing to our registered address. Please include contact details, a description of the problem with the date it occurred, and what you are asking for.

We respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint, on a durable medium (typically by email). For consumers and sole traders treated as consumers, a complaint not answered within 14 days is deemed accepted.

// terms.consumer

Consumer rights and withdrawal

These terms do not exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights under Polish law, including the Consumer Rights Act and the Civil Code. Provisions that favour consumers also apply, where the law requires, to sole traders treated as consumers.

The website services are free, so the 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to them. It would only become relevant for a paid distance service, and even then subject to the statutory exceptions. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution, including municipal consumer ombudsmen and the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK); using these routes is voluntary and needs both sides to agree.

// terms.data

Data protection and cookies

We are the controller of users' personal data. How we process data, the legal bases, recipients, transfers outside the European Economic Area, retention periods, your rights, and how cookies and consent work, are all set out in our Privacy Policy. Cookies other than strictly necessary ones run only with your consent, given through the cookie banner. This is a summary for convenience; the binding rules are in the documents referenced there. GDPR applies.

// terms.law

Governing law and changes

Polish law governs these terms and any contracts formed under them, subject to the mandatory rules of a consumer's country of habitual residence. Disputes with users who are neither consumers nor sole traders treated as consumers go to the court for our registered office; disputes with consumers and sole traders treated as consumers follow the rules of the Polish Code of Civil Procedure.

We may change the terms only for valid reasons (for example, a change in law, a change to the scope of services, or a change of provider details), with at least 14 days' notice by publishing the new version on the site. The full text in force is the Polish version.
